What an unforgettable stay! Our room featured a spacious balcony overlooking the shimmering ocean, perfect for lazy afternoons. Special kudos to the staff member who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Just a tip, prepare for longer wait times on snack orders.

Yoga schedule needs to be more reliable!!! Excursions offered were limited yet overpriced—this could definitely use improvement!!! Better communication regarding transportation costs is also necessary. Beach BBQ dinner quality was disappointing!!!

What truly captivated us was the exquisite service and hospitality. Every meal was an extraordinary experience, boasting great variety and flavor, with the buffet changing daily. The environment was serene with clean facilities, and diving with nurse sharks made for unforgettable memories. Our room was immaculate and spacious, perfect for a romantic getaway.

Stunning reefs, excellent service, lovely staff.

The food was absolutely amazing—talk about a buffet paradise! From fresh seafood to decadent desserts, each meal was a feast for the senses. We also loved the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The breathtaking sunsets every evening were a cherry on top.

Communication was dodgy, especially when handling payments—if you’re not careful, you might end up charged unexpectedly. Also, the lack of info upon arrival about activities left us a bit in the dark, but once we settled in, the vibes were totally chill.

More shaded seating areas would enhance comfort outdoors.

The evenings were magical, and I spotted tons of marine life just steps from my room. Plus, the buffet was pure heaven, with a mouthwatering selection every day. And the daily yoga sessions were such a peaceful way to start the morning!

The seaplane transfer was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the islands. The jet ski excursion was an adrenaline rush, while the attentive staff always knew my preferences without being asked.

Epic vibes in paradise!

Spent 11 nights in a water bungalow and wow, the views were just insane! Snorkeling right from our deck, saw dolphins and all kinds of fish. Dining was a treat with tons of options at the buffet. Beach was super chill most of the time, which was awesome. Only thing, the trip from the airport was pretty long, so plan ahead.

The management's policies were unnecessarily strict. I asked for snacks during the all-inclusive hours, but they were disappointingly small and took ages to arrive. When I tried to tip the exceptional staff who enhanced my experience, I received no assistance because there was no ATM, and they refused to discuss charging it to my bill. Communication felt dismissive and rude.
